I am definitely in, i am however over 50 but because i wasn’t in any state to celebrate my actual 50th year before last i am having my ‘fake’ 50th this year in September - totally with you on wanting to live a different life - this is a new chapter, 2024 has already been a shit show with my ex getting engaged only a few months after divorce came through - fuck if am ready to embrace a new life - in fact that was actually when a door closed for me. Cant wait to see what you post!!! x

Thank you for this honesty! These are the thoughts that I've been having lately about life, and the consumerism of absolutely everything coupled with the pressure of keeping up...well, it's too much. Some absolute clear-cut sanity in this post.
Brilliant! Brilliant! I'm in. My Decree Absolute arrived last week and I am in between feeling somewhat sad but largely relieved. ANd free. FREE! But it's the what next? What now? He wants the house and I am too tired now to fight. This has been three years since I filed the papers. He has delayed the process at every given stage! Oh. Plus he is disabled. So yeah.
I absolutely adore your honesty and courage to just say it how it is. If I watch one more styling video with someone putting on a pair of high rise barrel jeans (in a shop changing room) and tucking it in to their jumper - I am going to throw up. Thankyou for speaking something of the soul and of relevance which might actually, really help people. This 48 year old Aberdonian is here for it !
Definitely In!! I’m nearly 3 years divorced and it doesn’t seem to get easier. Didn’t really celebrate my 50th as it was all too raw and I didn’t feel it was where I thought I would be at 50. 52 in April this year and I want to start to feel like I am living again rather than surviving. I want to live every day like it’s my last but it’s got to be on a budget. I will be coming on this 50 day journey with you. Let’s get started

Yes, yes, yes. I am so IN! I am so over all this consumption bullshit & wonder when we’re all going to get a grip. At what point is it all enough?! I’m 44, in Peri-menopause & terrified of time running away & not feeling like my life is my own (3 step kids etc) . I want another phase for the next stage of life. There has to be more.
